Hello,
My name is Helen Stagg and I want to talk to you about my experience with slimming aids. I especially want to introduce you to a weight loss product that I found made all the difference for me.
So, what qualifies me to talk to you about slimming aids?
Just briefly, let me tell you my story …
Today, I am in a healthy relationship with Brian, the man of my dreams. I love him very much. Recently we went on an idyllic Caribbean cruise. One night, over dinner, he proposed to me … (I still can’t believe it!) … and I said “Yes!”
So, now we’re getting married (… how exciting!) and we’re looking forward to living a wonderful life together. Who knows? We may even have a few children along the way!
Yes, my life right now is going really well and everything is pointing in all the right directions, but it wasn’t always that way …
Believe it or not, only 3 years ago my life was a complete mess. A previous ‘serious’ relationship had gone horribly wrong (I don’t even want to go into it here, if you don’t mind …) I’d had relationship breakdowns before, but this one knocked me sideways.
I became depressed … hating myself, hating my life. My body bloated up completely. I lost my figure, until I was so badly overweight that I was sure that no one would ever want to have anything to do with me ever again.
It got so bad that when I went out, I would walk with my head down, hoping not to bump into anyone I knew. I stayed indoors and out of sight as much as possible. Needless to say, I soon had next to no friends and absolutely no social life.
My life was just miserable.
As my self esteem was dissolving into a big gooey mess, a further crisis started happening in my workplace. As you might imagine, I began to worry that I was going to lose my job in the same way that I had just lost my man. This was making me even more nervous, which is when the headaches began. Pretty soon those headaches became migraines. I was getting sick all the time, having to take time off work and getting into even more trouble with my boss as a result.
In truth, my life was a misery, spiraling downwards.
… until one day …
It was then that one of my few remaining friends, Lisa, called me up and told me about one of those new slimming aids she’d been trying.
You don’t know Lisa, but slimming supplements? Herbal slimming pills? Weight loss supplements? You name it, and she would try them!
She was always testing the latest diet supplements. I think she was searching for the most effective slimming aids so she could tell all her friends. When she called me up on that specific day, she was in a particularly delighted mood.
She told me she had found a slimming program that promised guaranteed natural weight loss and genuine slimming results. She said she’d just bought this product two weeks ago and already she was noticeably feeling really happy and full of life. Most importantly, she was losing weight with ease and already she had been asked out on THREE dates!

Three dates in two weeks? The way I was feeling, I couldn’t imagine being asked out on one date in the next three YEARS!
So, reluctantly, and with little or no optimism, I decided to follow her lead and took the plunge. I went online and paid to try out this ‘magical’ slimming formula she had recommended. It was only then that things began to improve and my life started to turn the corner.
Within a week, I started feeling more at ease with myself. I regained my focus. The migraines subsided. My job was turning out alright after all. I was sticking to the program and already I was beginning to see results, albeit in very minor ways.
However, by 2 or 3 weeks into the program, the results were becoming undeniable. I felt full of vitality … all light and bubbly! Weight was falling off me in pounds rather than ounces. I couldn’t believe the change in me. I was overjoyed.
As with all these types of things, if you are depressed and pessimistic all the time, then you are not exactly likely to attract many good things to you. But if you are being joyous and optimistic like I was (all of a sudden!) people really do start to notice, and soon they start coming around you. They start wanting to know you.
It was only 4 weeks after starting the Diet Solution Program that I met Brian. I knew right away he was going to be the love of my life.
These days, I continue to get great results from the diet solution program. I put in it as much commitment and passion as I put into my relationship. So it’s bringing better results every week. I feel healthy, joyous and glowing. Just look at my photo! My life could not be any better.

Everything is going so well for me that my best friend Lisa suggested I should create a blog and let everyone else know all about my experience, which I was only too glad to do.
